In past years, our Membership Meeting has been held in February to introduce the new Board of Directors and to review and approve the annual budget. However, this meant that Parker Senior Center operated without an approved budget for approximately five weeks at the start of the year. To better align with our fiscal planning and ensure timely approval, we are moving our Membership Meeting to December beginning this year.

Our Membership Meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd at 12:30 p.m. The agenda will include:

•      Introduction of new Board Members
•      Review of financials
•      Membership approval of the proposed 2026 budget
•      Membership approval of the updated bylaws
•      If time allows: updates on grant funding from the Town of Parker and the feasibility study

To participate in the voting process, members must have been a member of Parker Senior Center for at least six months and be in good standing (current with their membership dues). We will need a quorum of at least 10% of our membership (approximately 78 members) to approve these important items.

Your participation is vital to ensure a strong and successful future for Parker Senior Center. Please make every effort to attend—your presence and your vote truly matter!
